Glorious Sunday Morning

I managed to come down with a sinus infection so Mikey B sent me a couple pics of what I missed! He, Mash and Andy killed it early this AM in what was a gorgeous and glorious sunrise with waves. It's a good thing they got it too because the Rex block (high level offshore flow and low level onshore from low pressure off SoCal) is pushing cold fog into the bay. At this writing, 3PM, it is fully fogged at the beach. I expect the same for early tomorrow morning and the next few days until the weather pattern changes. Probably a light south wind too...oh well, if it's not too windy the kelp beds will still keep it glassy even if the wind is from the south. Forecast is for decreasing surf though. Maybe it'll pick up Tuesday and further out.
